nooooooooooooo!!!

ding-honk has disappeared to the dark side. mark bellhorn, a crucial player in last season's red sox world championship, was designated for assignment on august 19th, released a week later, and just today, the yankees (cough, gag, puke, patooey) signed him. noooooooooo, bellhorn, the 2nd baseman, and alan embree, one of bosox's closers, both wear pinstripes now...

and what's worse? there's 3-game series between the red sox and the yankees coming up on sept.9 in nyc. and bellhorn will be playing against ortiz and varitek and nixon and sniffffllllle. you have no idea how incredibly sad i am. weep.... you'll always be a boston red sox player to me.

the sox shouldn't have dropped him, and now,
the evil biatches have stolen him away. argh. :(
