trade your newborn for a tank of gas

uh huh. except NOW, it's hovering around $2.50 for regular unleaded. and in the city, it's at $2.60ish. and california and hawaii residents probably have to dig into their children's college funds just to drive their kids to summer camp. ridiculous -- mr. bush, what the hell is going on?!
